Reliable Tube & Spartan Metal are proud to announce the addition of laser processing to our suite of services. Through laser processing we offer a wide variety of possibilities; if you can dream it we can produce it. With this flexible and high performance offering we are able to process round, square, rectangular and special shaped tubes along with angle, channel and flat bar. By utilizing the appropriate assist gas our system can cut a wide variety of material types. Mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum and other alloys, contact us for inquiries about other material types and profile shapes.

FORMING
One of our newest pieces of equipment is our 450 ton Durma Brake Press. With a 20' bed we can handle longer materials than most. With that kind of tonnage and length it's likely that if you need it bent, we can do it.

PLATE ROLLING
Our rolls aren't the largest out there, but they do the trick. We can roll as small as a 9" OD ring and have the ability to roll up to 5/16" thick material x 80" long.

Burning
Yes, we burn too!!!
If you can draw it, we can cut it. With two burning tables we have capacity to do all of your burning for you. High definition, low definition, and in everything in between, not to mention old-school oxy-propane burning as well.
Up to 4” thick! Call us, we would love to burn some plate for you.

Saw Cutting
Our shop makes use of five heavy duty, large capacity, band saws. Your order will be cut by one of our trained operators and thoroughly checked prior to leaving our shop, if your order arrives less than perfect we'll make it right
We can cut bar stock, beam, structural, CF, rounds, HSS, and whatever else you need, cut to length with our super-duper fully automated saws.
